Cell Culture Products

In February 2000, PPTI sold the assets of its cell culture products business to Sanyo Chemical Industries, Ltd. of Kyoto, Japan. All remaining product inventory, assignment of the ProNectin® and SmartPlastic® trademarks, the ProNectin® polymer production and substrate coating technology, and an exclusive license under PPTI patents to use the technology for in vitro cell culture and related applications were included in the sale.
