POLYMER TECHNOLOGIES APPLIES FOR LISTING ON AMERICAN
STOCK EXCHANGE
SAN DIEGO, May 2 -- Protein Polymer
Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PPTI) , a pioneer
in protein design and synthesis, announced that it has
applied for a listing on the American Stock Exchange
(the "Exchange" or "Amex"). The company's
stock is currently traded on the OTC Bulletin Board under
the symbol PPTI.OB.

excited by the prospect of joining other emerging growth
companies listed on the American Stock Exchange," stated
